How to Enroll in Vision Insurance:

- Type in your zip code to find providers near you and click Get Started
- Select Yes to Do You Need Vision Coverage?
- Enter how many eligible family members you will be covering
- Select your preferred plan and click Review and Purchase
- After reviewing your election, select Enroll Now to finalize your enrollment
