What makes up your Suite of Benefits?
Your Suite of Benefits include primary benefits, supplemental benefits, and then added-value benefits. Primary benefits include major medical or health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance. Supplemental benefits include your short-term and long-term disability plans, cancer plans, and long-term care plans. Added-value benefits are extra zero-cost benefits; these are benefits that can be added to provide education and wellness materials to all your employees. Although we have created an example benefits pie, the weight of each of the benefits above is determined by assessing your specific goals and needs.
